Fudge
A never fail,
no thermometer recipe!
Do you have 5 minutes? That's all this super easy recipe will take! Everyone who has tried this fudge loves how it tastes and says they'll never go back to doing the work they did with their old recipe.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of your favorite Chocoley chocolate flavor
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Any Chocoley chocolate flavoring oil(optional)
Method:
| 1. | Lightly butter an 8 x 8" glass baking pan. |
| 2. | In a heavy bottomed 2 quart saucepan combine the sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter and salt. |
| 3. | Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir constantly. |
| 4. | Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and chocolate. |
| 5. | Stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is completely combined. |
| 6. | Add nuts and/or flavoring oil to taste. |
| 7. | Pour into buttered baking dish. |
| 8. | Cool to room temperature. |
| 9. | Refrigerate until firm. |
